Signed by Cripple Creek, Colorado baron, E. A. Colburn, also owner of the Ajax Mine on Battle Mountain.

The significance of this certificate, other than the Colburn signature, is that the Company owned the original gold discovery claim filed by discoverer, Bob Womack.

Company owned the El Paso, Stop Short, Rosetta, Triangle, Sundown, E.C.L. & F., Lookout and part of the Jum Blaine, about 40 acres, in Poverty Gulch.

January 1, 1900: $125,000.00 in dividends paid to stockholders.
