Kelly’s Dancehall on corner of Bennett Avenue, with a mining stock broker’s office between it and the Hall-Asbury Company. Kelly’s Dancehall and Saloon was one of the several early Cripple Creek dancehall’s that moved from Bennett Avenue to Myers Avenue as the gold mining town grew in wealth and stature.
“Cripple Creek Burro Express,” was Clinton’s title for this photograph (#S21)

Condition: near fine; one small bit of damage to the lower margin of mount, stabilized on back; otherwise, snows minor wear
