RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We pursue the extra defining detail and image to ensure that our artifacts are accurately described and fully exhibited. We also guarantee that each artifact is entirely authentic. We do not want disstaisfied customers.
However, given that we go out of our way to make sure you can come to rational decision on your purchase, returns are only accepted if an artifact is not as described, can be proven to be inauthentic, or any significant repairs or modifications are not pointed out.
Therefore, because what we offer are historic artifacts and that this sets a high bar for both seller and buyer, please ask any and all relevant questions before purchasing.
We expressly do not accept returns or offer refunds on any artifact that can digitized, such as antique photographs, one-of-kind manuscripts or documents, scarce books or maps.
An initiation of a return must occur within 24 hours of receipt of artifact. This is done by contacting us either by email or phone.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are not offered on sale items.
Buyer pays for return of any item unless an artifact is proven to be inauthentic.
