Marble quarry located near Marble, Gunnison County, Colorado.

Marble of excellent quality has been mined from this quarry since the late 19th century.  The Carrara-like marble has been exhibited at the Columbian Exposition; used in the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier (Washington D.C.), Lincoln Memorial (Washington D.C.), Colorado State Capitol Building (Denver), Cheesman Memorial (Denver, Colorado), and in many other public and private buildings throughout the United States.  It is currently being quarried once again (2024).

Certificate was printed by the International Banknote Company, New York Litho.

Issued July 17, 1914, not cancelled by the Company.

Fine condition with usual two folds.
