Company owned mining property in the West Creek Gold Mining District, north of Cripple Creek, Teller County, Colorado.
This short-lived mining district had two towns: Pemberton and West Creek. Gold production was negligible.
Oversized certificate: 12-1/4 inches by 9 inches.
