Issued May 6, 1901, not cancelled by Company.

Fine condition, usual folds.

Company mined zinc, lead and iron in the Pioneer Mining District, on the Atlantic Cable lode.  Successfully implemented the National Magnetic Mineral Separator, invented by Dr. Henry F. Cambell of Boston, Massachuesetts.  Approximately 10,000 tons of ore had been mined by this time, with over 40,000 tons more in sight.
