Owned gold mining property in the Fall River Mining District, a tunnel 2-1/2 miles long under Bellevue Mountain

Signed by E. A. Colburn, as president.  Judge E. A Colburn of

Colorado Springs was a prolific investment.  Several of his best gold

mining investments were located on Battle Mountain, near the City of

Victor, in the Cripple Creek Gold Mining District.  These investments

were the Ajax and Strong mines.  Near the City of Cripple Creek,

Colburn owned significant shares in the Gold Mine, Poverty Gulch.
