Signed by James Doyle as president. James Doyle was one of the founders of the famous Portland Gold Mine of the Cripple Creek Gold Ming District, along with James Burns and John Harnan. James Doyle was an associated of Winfield Scott Stratton, one of the Cripple Creek District’s noted gold barons. Doyle also served as the mayor of the City of Victor, “City at the Mines.”

Prospectus dimensions: 9 inches by 12 inches; 32 pages. Many pages illustrated with photolithographs of mining scenes at the property’s location. East Fork of the Mancos River, in Rush Basin, southern end of the La Plata Mountains, East Mancos Mining District, Montezuma County, Colorado. Exceptionally detailed report with maps of location and mining property. 28 miles from Durango, 18 miles from Mancos. Stock applications included. C. F. Doyle, mining expert. S. H. Horner, mining engineer, Bingham Canyon, Utah.
Ores: monzonite porpyry heavily infused with copper iron, producing copper and gold.
