Mining property: Bunker Hill claim, 1500×300 feet. Located on Ruby Hill, Ruby District, 3/4ths ,mile from Town of Irwin, Gunnison County, Colorado.
Fissure vein: 4-foot wide crevice with a pay streak 4 to 8 inches wide, containing galena with ruby and native silver, assaying 80 ounces of silver per ton. Mineral in quartz gangue.
Deveoped by a shaft 60 feet deep in 1883, and 150 feet in drifts.
