Hotel located on Cascade Avenue.
Historical accounts place Nikola Tesla as living in Room 207 of the Alta Vista, 1899 – 1900, while he performed electrical experiments in a laboratory east of Colorado Springs.
Photograph in near fine condition with fine contrasts and details; light wear around corners of original mount.
