Containing all stock brands on file in the office of Secretary of State up to and including August 31, 1900, re-recorded or adopted under the provisions of an act entitled “An Act to Provide for the Brands and Marks of Live Stock, for Taxing Brands and Marks, to Prevent the Defacing of Brands or Marks, to Provide Penalties for Violations Thereof, and to Repeal All Acts and Parts of Acts in Conflict Herewith.” Passed at the 12th General Assembly of the State of Colorado. Approved April 6th, 1899.
