Square Deal Mining Milling Drainage Tunnel & Transportation Company Summit County Colorado stock certificate 1912

Stock certificate issued November 14, 1912; not cancelled by the Company.

Company utilized Leyner drills on its mining property on Big Chief Mountain and along Ten Mile Creek, near Frisco, Summit County, Colorado.  A tunnel was excavated to approxmately 200 feet in length, making use of electricity from the Central Colorado Power Company.

Photographs in four corners of this stock certificate were of the Company’s built assets, including the entrance to the Square Deal Tunnel; photographic images attributed to Otto Westerman.

In center of certificate is a small map locating the Company’s mining property.

Mining stock certificate in near fine condition with usual two folds.
