Condition: near fine condition; no significant wear or damage, only a tiny, tiny, tiny, fleck in lip of bottle.
The saloon was closed in 1895 and its assets sold, as ordered by Judge Palmer. Saloonkeeper James Smith also faced contempt of court charges in 1895. The saloon was $3,000.00 in debt at this time.
