Near fine condition, usual two vertical folds.

Accompanying this stock certificate with a unique vignette is the 1894

Annual Report of THE RICO-ASPEN CONSOLIDATED MINING

COMPANY.  This report has the following dimensions:

9-1/2 inches by 6 inches; 16 pages.  Enamel-coated pages; photographs

and maps.  Near fine condition; spine of wrappers has been stabilized

with conservation museum tape.

This mining company was one of the productive operations financed

and managed by David H. Moffat and Eben Smith.
