This extraordinary photograph album is complete with title page, 25 solid mount-card pages, and pink leaves protecting albumen photographs between pages. Its covers are original gold-embossed burgundy leather; however, the original spine has been replaced with a matching leather binding. Dimensions: 14-1/2 inches tall by 12-1/2 inches across by 1-3/4 inches in depth. All 150+ photographs by landscape artist, William Henry Jackson, and portrait artist, A. E. Rinehart, are present and in fine condition with excellent tones and contrasts. Only one of the pink leaves is missing about an eighth of its upper right-hand corner. A superb example of this scarce memorial tome.
